I have two daughters; both of them have college degrees. One does very well with her finances and the other has never been able to manage her money. From the time she was young and she got her allowance she wanted to go to the store and spend every cent she had. We set up bank accounts for both of them and taught them the best that we could but when they became adults they became responsible for their own finances. Do you think people can be taught, is it genetic to be financially irresponsible? What do you think? I know that the people i have seen who can manage their finances seem to be happier people.
