How do you pronounce penchant?

I saw the "what do you have a penchant for" thread and I wondered how you all pronounced it?

I am English and I say" pon shon" but here I hear people say it phonetically.

Which way to you say it?

All in good fun, no mocking or nastiness allowed,lol!!!
