You need to upload your pics to a photo hosting website, such as flickr or photobucket (there are probably a ton of them by now), as Tamn8r said, and then you can c&p one of your photos from there to here.
Sorry CB, but that's not true. I can Copy and Paste pictures from the web (but not from my personal pictures when I do have to use Photobucket) and they always show up here for all to see.
AGAIN, what I said was that you cannot c&p pictures from your computer, as they will not be seen. That IS true. Sure, you can c&p pics from other websites (those are already uploaded to the internet) and post here. But I did not say that you couldn't.

I always use one of my photo programs to get the size I want depending what I plan to do with the pictures. If you have one on your computer it should be very easy for you to do.
Make sure you "preserve the aspect ratio" or it will not come out looking the same. It will change not only the dimensions of the photo but also the height and width ratio, not good.
