Hard boiled
Fried-cooked clear through
Scrambled-well done or dry
Omelet-again well done
NO deviled eggs or egg salad for me. Yuck! I don't want them poached either.

Every way possible except pickled or raw.
ITA . . . like that commercial used to say, ". . . the incredible edible egg!"

I can't think of any way that I don't like my eggs! - As long as it is the whole egg. Anything less is not as healthy.

I baked a potato the other night and had two hard boiled eggs which I cut up on top of the opened potato. I then added celery powder, pepper and a tablespoon of mayo. It tasted exactly like warm potato salad. It was an entire meal all by itself.

Scrambled with a little grated parmesan cheese in them, or sunny side up, cooked on heat high enough to crisp the edges but leave the center not hard.
My mother used to call the latter Greek eggs, I don't know why.

It turns out Mom was right! She did know a lot about cooking... a Greek fried egg is soft in the center and crisp brown on the edges.

Until I saw your post I didn't want to confess my favorite type of egg prep because people would go "what"
When we were young to get us to eat eggs my mom would do an easy over egg, then tear up bread and mash it into the egg. Yes needed the runny yolk, some salt/pepper and never any slimmy whites.
Just made one this morning. Yum.

My mom used to make egg drop soup. Believe it or not, the soup was breakfast for us growing up. That's kind of a cultural thing where I come from. I used to like seeing her drop the raw egg in the hot soup and seeing it coagulate. ![]()

I remember bullseye eggs. I also like basic egg sandwiches: Buttery fried or scrambled eggs between slices of toasted bread. With or without ham or bacon. Or cheese.
