How do you get feral cats use to you?

On my walk I saw 4 kittens. I have been feeding them when I go by. One of them comes up to me but I can't reach her since there is a small wall. I put the food there. They are so cute. 2 black ones but one seemed to have something wrong with his or her leg the other day. I would just love to get it and see if the kitten is hurt and take her to a doctor. The striped one comes closer and she paws at me.

My cat and my sons cats were all feral but at work and it was easy to catch them, not so here.
