I've tried through the email confirmation and on their site, can't figure out how to see the progress of my product being shipped.

Go to "My Account" on top of QVC page,tap "status" ---should say "Track Order" to right. However ,it takes a few days to see ""track order" when you initially place your order. Once you tap the track order,it should read it's current status. ![]()

Depends on how order is shipped. Via post office there is no tracking available, via ups,
once it is shipped out by QVC there is a number starting with a z. This info is available on order page. If order has not yet shipped it will say in progress, it will also have an estimated delivery date if via post office.
This info is to the best of my knowledge, hope it helps.

Good Morning @Shopster3.
On the main home page, in between the Search QVC bubble and the Cart icon you should see one of two things.
If you are not signed in to your account - you will see Welcome, Guest
If you are signed in to your account - you will see Welcome, and your name
If you are not signed in, hover your mouse over the Welcome, Guest and a drop down menu should appear that gives you the opportunity to Sign In to your account.
If you are not signed in at this point and sign in - the site should take you directly to your orders.
If you are already signed in, then on the home page, hover over the Welcome, and your name and click on Order Status from the drop down menu.
A page should come up that gives you the order number, order date and ideally a picture of what you ordered.
Click on View My Order to the left of the screen, under the order number.
The order detail page should now appear on the screen. If there is a tracking number for your item, it will be to the right of the picture of your item. Click on the tracking number.
Some items are shipped by US mail with no tracking number. Any tracking numbers will show only after the item is shipped.

Other vendors give the information for tracking by the post office.

@IMW there is tracking available through the post office. When QVC ships my packages USPS I am able to track them. I click on the link in the email they send or in my account.

I found out something interesting this past week.
I couldn't track a package that was shipped to me, nothing I tried would work.
come to find out if the carrier where it is shipped from uses DHL in any way, DHL will not give any updates on packages shippment. You have no idea where those packages are in the system. After 2 weeks I contacted the seller of my item. he said he too could not track shippment, and that is when he told me the Post office where he mailed it from put it on a DHL shipping truck that was it, he had no idea where the package was.
he just refunded me my money.
I did get the package finally 3 days late.
don't know how true this is about DHL but that is what the seller told me.
