I've decided I don't like "Huge Hannah"; how do I go about changing it?

Hi, @Huge Hannah! To change your Community nickname, these are the steps:
1 -- Go into "My Account" (this is the general account for the shopping site, where you enter things like your shipping address, payment info, etc. -- this is not in the profile/settings for the Community)
2 -- Under "Account Settings" choose to edit "My Nickname"
3 -- You'll see your current one and, below that, "New Nickname"
4 -- Enter the new name
5 -- Click "Continue"
6 -- If it accepts the change (you might get a message telling you the name has previously been used, so you'll need to try a different one), then log out.
7 -- Then log back into the Community and the change will take effect.
(A nickname change won't take effect until you log out of the Community and then back in).

@Huge Hannah I would add to @dooBdoo great instruction that you be sure you want to change it. I understand that once you change it and if you decide to go back, that you can't have the prior nickname back....that it shows that it is taken. I could be wrong on this, but that is what I have read other posters say when they have tried. They had to do something different from the original one if they wanted it back, like add a hyphen or make it all one word if it was originally two words or add a number, etc.

On my 'Personal Information' settings there is no 'My Nickname' showing. I think the poster needs to contact this email in order to change the nic.

@dooBdoo Excellent instructions. Thanks! It did take me a little while to figure out where "My nickname" is--on the left side in a drop down menu--but it worked.

@SilleeMee, It's in the regular QVC shopping area, where we add our shipping address, payment source info, etc. It's not here in the Community settings. The Social Team doesn't change our password -- we can do it ourselves, although I’m sure they’ll be willing to help us if we have a problem.😊
