How did we get this cold

Road rage,bullying, rudeness, lack of empathy,killing....I just saw the youtube video of the girl beaten by two others in McD's while males watched and videoed the horror.They didn't stop the fight and when it was over the beaten girl was having seizures on the floor and nobody assisted her...they just got video.This is a very sad time in our society.
