We had several minor setbacks getting ready for Christmas, what with everyone getting a nasty virus, and having to get a new tree, but the day was wonderful.

We started a new tradition for the dinner and had our first home cooked Prime Rib, which was DELICIOUS!

DD gave me the best present I've ever received. I missed a lot of 2009 in a way, because I was sick. So she took photos she'd taken that year starting on Halloween through this Halloween and had them made into a hard bound 22 page book (like an art book) with a linen cover.

I thought I'd mention that because it's such a wonderful gift and not expensive. Kodak does it and you can upload it from your own computer, lay out how you want it, and they mail it to you in about a week or so.
