I have a Temperpedic bed. It is not a pillow-top, and most sheets on the market are made to accomodate pillow-tops. So I have extra fabric sort of swishing around. Any ideas?

Sheet garters. They are elastic, like on an old fashioned garter belt. They have the rubber/metal connectors just like the ones we used to use to hold up our nylons. A "connector" on each end of about a foot or so of elastic.

Sheet suspenders may help to take up the slack.

BBB has a set of two long straps that you put cross ways under the whole mattress so you don't have to fool with attaching all 4 corners every time.

Those may work better on a twin or double. I can't see trying to reach under a heavy king mattress.

The sheet garters are a pain, and if you ever get snapped by one of them, it will be really a pain. I used them for a while because I have an adjustable massage bed which usually causes sheets to pop off. I finally decided to live with the sheets popping off.
