I've been shopping with QVC since 1995 and in all that time, I received a top in the wrong size.

I think my order was wrong once?
I have been shopping with the Q since the early 90's.
My mom(RIP) had bought 2 food gifts for her 2 bosses and they were supposed to be identical items but one arrived in way better shape than the other. One looked like somebody played football with it and the amount was wrong.
The gifts had to be given in a timely manner so they promptly shipped us 2 of the correct items without returning what was originally sent.
I was impressed!
That was quite a while ago.
I don't know if they do that now because people might abuse the system.

A while back, I bought a red plaid Lesportsac tote and 2 different red plaid lesportsac pouches for a good price from Amazon. I will probably be using those starting 12/1. I think the ones I had bought are sold out now. Love plaid.

Two items within 2 weeks. Last week a pair of Oro Nuovo earrings, but there was ONLY ONE earring in the box. Then yesterday I received instead a pair of earrings a necklace. I returned both . The necklace was some cheap stuff of course. Why can QVC not by mistake send me some really expensive stuff like real diamonds or something. Would keep that. But no,only cheap items. They make so many mistakes by sending out wrong items or items half missing. Two mistakes in 2 weeks , thats quiet something. And in the past they did send me sometimes wrong clothes.

@Daisy Sunflower - I think I am going to keep the black, it's really beautiful and will look great with a red velvet coat & heels that I plan on wearing for the holidays. I just wish they'd have been more careful in picking the correct one to fill my order.

Knocking on wood, as my orders have never been wrong. I've only had 2 returns; a stretch bracelet that snapped apart on my arm within 10 minutes of wearing, and a pair of sandals that made the dreaded fart sound when I walked in them.
