LOL I know this is a crazy question but I'm waiting for the dryer to shut off. Just wondering how many loads you do during the week, or have done in the past when your children were at home. And even though I'm almost done for the night , I know there's more dirty clothes heading to the laundry shoot as I write this. lol

Probably two. One large load with towels etc.....and one small load for special items that I want to treat special. There is just the two of us.

I can't stand the smell of dirty clothes, when my kids were still at home, I washed clothes every day.

I tend to wash clothes about three time a week now.

I try to do one load per day so it doesn't get ahead of me. There are 5 of us in the house.

It's just me now, but I still do about 4 loads a week, sometimes 5.

i now have 2 laundry rooms.....one connected to a guest bathroom and one in the basement.

For the two of us: one load light color, one load dark colors, and one load linens/towels. 3 !!! Forgot to add: DH strung lines and PVC pipes in back basement so I take most stuff out after 10 minutes and hang or drape to finish drying. Saves electricity and heat. Wrinkles are fairly gone in the 10 mins. Of dryer time. Also, I have a rolling laundry rack that I got from BedBath& Beyond if I want to roll stuff outside to dry. ( be sure to put a heavy weight on bottom so the wind doesn't blow it all over!!!!!! ). HTH

There are only 2 of us but if we are home, I wash daily. Thursday is sheet day so there are 2 loads.
