Sleeping with my DH? 7 to 8. Sleeping with my booty call? Not nearly enough.

I function well with 8 hours/night. There's hardly ever a night that I don't have to get up at least one time......but when I have one of those nights, boy I really love it. I don't usually drink any liquids after 7:30 pm.......

Consistently 7-8 hours per night. I wear a Cpap so it measures how long I sleep.

Usually 7 hrs. I need 8-9 hours but during the work week, I generally get 7. It seems in the winter months I need more sleep and in the summer can function with less sleep for some reason!!!!!

3-6 depending on the day.

If I had my way, I'd sleep at least 10 a night. I am perpetually sleep deprived.

About eight or nine. Sometimes my cat awakens me at 2:30 am, so instead of waiting to fall back to sleep, I turn on QVC and/or other channels for an hour or two, then fall back to sleep for a few more hours. The worst thing I could do is to stay awake, wandering around the house, doing this and that, having coffee at 2:30 am. That's when I would be totally exhausted the rest of the day.
