I can't function on less than than 6

Summer time--about 5-5-1/2 (light wakes me as does some of those birds!!) Winter or fall, I easily can do 8-10!!!

I didn't wake up around 3 like I usually do either.

4-5 hours without the aid of fine pharmaceuticals. 6-7 with them.

Usually 9. except for the days my husband has early appts at the VA. I have no sleep issues.

7 to 8 hours. I used to have sleep apnea and it really took a toll on my health and my looks. Now I get a good nights uninterrupted sleep and both look and feel much better. I have come to accept that I need to use the CPAP and that is all there is to it. It doesn't seem to bother my DH at all. He says he has gotten to the point where the noise from it just lulls him to sleep.
