How Many Hours Of Sleep Do You Get In A Typical Night ?
Best for me is the same as when I was working and that is 5 or 6 hours.

About 8 but I stay in bed for at least 12 hours to get that. I get up so much during the night and every time I roll over, I wake up. I have COPD so I sleep with oxygen at night, plus my back is all messed up with arthritis and I also have Rheumatoid Arthritis so all my joints feel like they are coming apart when I lie down. Life's a b!och.

6 or 7 with a few wake ups during the night.

Not enough! I have a terrible sleeping pattern. Maybe 4 solid hours, the first part of the night, then I'm up for a few hours, lay down for a little nap before my day really begins. Fortunately, I'm a homebody so I can take a mid-day nap, but it's really a s*ucky sleep schedule...never feel completely rested.
