David V. was asking people to answer his question of the day, so I found the forums and registered. I had a different nic at first (had to think of something fast, so I picked something like computergirl), then soon after that changed it in this same account to the current one. (It's a silly nic but it's associated with warm memories of a song that made my late father laugh).

Some of my earliest memories are those of trying to decipher exactly who "Nurse Recruiter" was and dodging the claims that I was someone called "Mothman" (yikes! that movie scared the stuffins out of me!)

I remember one called "Marine Wife" and also someone who always had a variation of "snow" in their name.

I also remember "RetroTX"

2010, I think. I'll look once I post. I stumbled across this site and read posts for about a year before I began to post. Some of the angry posters skerred me but I ain't skerred anymore. Becoming an empty nester sparked my interest in this forum because I just had more time. I enjoy reading comments from sea to shining sea.
