How Long Before You Turn Out The Lights To Go To Bed Do You Brush Your Teeth? The reason I ask is that I am always wondering if I will get hungry again and not be able to sleep well if I stop eating for the day and brush my teeth too early -- DON'T LAUGH -- THIS HAS HAPPENED MANY TIMES! But now I am going to bed too late and would like to wind down earlier -- thus I ask this crazy question!
