How Does the New TSV Differ From Older Models of the Keurig?

I have the original QVC sold and didn't care for the system because the coffee dripped out and was lukewarm. Is the new TSV more advanced with newer features and improvements? I'm willin to take the plunge again but worried it's the same thing. Anyone?
