How Do You Get Credit Card Companys To Leave You Alone?

I have this one card that I rarely use, and yet they keep calling me and calling me offering me stuff and I keep telling them I'm not interested and unless my card is in trouble with fraud or something to stop calling me and they wont leave me alone. They still continue to call and now I'm at the point where I am yelling at them to stop calling and to leave me alone. Do I ask to speak to a supervisor or what?
