When you get angry, how do you deal with it?
I try not to stew over the thing that made me angry. (Easier said than done). I try to tell myself over and over again to "let it go". I try to tell myself over and over again, "Accept the things that I cannot change". I sometimes cry. I will allow myself to have dark thoughts. I'm afraid of loosing my temper, so I try to keep everything in check and under control. I know violence is wrong, so I won't allow myself to go there. I know that the consequences would be severe if I did.
So, what do you do to deal with your anger?
