@dooBdoo  Thanks for posting your directions.  However is would seem that the Q should make it easier to do this.  It just seems that THEY could provide an automatic way to do this.  QVC are you listening.  Doubt it.... LOL

          You're welcome, @bonnielu!    I think we've determined that QVC purchased a "canned" forum package and they don't seem to be interested in making it more user-friendly.    At this point, I'd settle for the tech staff fixing the glitches...  but I don't see that happening, either.   It's perplexing that an international corporation would be satisfied with a substandard website (both the shopping area and the Community), but clearly it's not important to them.
