Our house is Victorian style, three floors.  It is still the original wood siding, with gingerbread details.  Waaaaaay before grey was popular, we had our house painted bright white on the first floor, mediums grey on the second and a darker grey on the third.  Large shutters are the same dark grey as the third floor. The front porch has white wooden rails and the medium grey painted floor.  The window casings are all the same bright white. It looks right for our street.  Next door is a pink Victorian, complete with a turret.  The other side idea is all white, traditional black shutters. All the homes on my block have the front porch complete with rocking chairs, porch swings and planters. A block away are larger, stone houses.  Long right outside Philadelphia, there is a lot of different styles and colors.  Good luck with your project!

I've already painted the house 3 times in this color over a couple of decades. Additionally, the trim is white.

I fell in love with this color years ago. Being a native from Connecticut, it is one of the common colors of colonial homes...

@Seminole2  I saw pictures of Evergreen Fog on Pinterest and loved it! Unfortunately, hubby will use ONLY Benjamin Moore paint and that's it! I bet your house is beautiful! 

@Mom2Dogs We both like darker colors. We were going to paint the same color green that we have but then got thinking about different colors. Our bedroom is Benjamin Moore Sparrow. I believe this is the color we will do for the house, although it looks different outside. Lighter outside than inside! 🤪

@Susan Louise I have to laugh every time I see your name! On my hubby's side of the family, which is small compared to mine, my two sisters in law names are Susan and Louise! 😂 What color blue is that? I picked out one blue color just for fun. (Bought samples to try out.) Everyone that came by loved the blue except hubby and one neighbor... lol! The other neighbor wanted blue because we are very close to the ocean. Turns out it's a no-go. Hubby does not like blue. Thank you for sharing though! 💙

@JFD12  you can always use Benjamin Moore paint but have them match any other color from any brand.   Easily done!  Good luck.  Can't wait to see your choice.  And what's up with all of that white stuff on the ground . I do not miss shoveling snow!

As for my name, my adopted father named me.

Susan because his favorite flower is black-eyed Susan...

My middle name - Louise is for the song his grandmother used to sing to him when he was young...'Every little breeze seems to whisper Louise...'

ours is a craftsman style ,   nutmeg is the main color with blonde shake above the garage gable and also above the porch cable.   Pillars white with stone work below , stone work in muted colors of terracotta, grey, taupe, dusty lavender on one side of front of the house .  Front Door with top part in glass with authentic pattern work , and side lights as well. Bottom half painted black .  White around windows .  Shutters black .

Thank you!  I love the colors too which were a package color from the development and I chose to continue with them when repainted. And the roof is actually black it's white in the pic because of snow ha!
