Host Albany and Josie Maran

[ Edited ]

Very inappropriate presentation.....we all know how to apply body butter.....I don't think we need to watch their "massage train."  Somebody needs to tell Albany she should act like a professional......

Re: Host Albany and Josie Maran

I always change the channel when Josie's on.  She is lovely and I have bought her product, don't care for it, but I'm sure it's nice.

The thing that drives me crazy is that over and over and over (you get the point) she is slathering this on.  I feel like either she has the softest skin in the world......or ......she is soooo slippery how does she stand up there.

I mean come on, you must admit, she puts a lot of that stuff on over and over.

Way too much slathering, if you ask me..........(Just kidding.)

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

Wayne--what does being inappropriate have to do with being unkind.....I think it was unkind of those two women for being inappropriate.......

I agree, it's like we don't know how to use lotion so they need to teach us, this is the way  you use lotion.  I bought her lotions some time ago and did not like them.  For me they were so greasy.

I figure she comes off the set looking like a greased pig.  I imagine she heads right for the showers.

Re: Host Albany and Josie Maran

I'm glad to see other posters share my view on this presentation.  Of course, Josie or her stand-In are wearing sleeveless dresses in the middle of winter.  All the better to slab layers and layers of Argan oil over their arms.  It makes you want to talk back to your TV:  "I get it.  I really, really get it."  I've only seen this a few times, and won't watch again.  And people complain about Philosophy presentations?

With everything negative going on in the world at the moment, I can't be bothered letting argan oil presentations bother me.  Good grief, Josie is selling body oil and body butter, of course her presentations are going to involve putting it on her skin!

Many other beauty products do the same type of presentations; it's no big deal.  They have to do repeat demonstrations for viewers who are watching for the first time.  If you keep watching a particular product being presented over and over for the umpteenth time, who's the fool? LOL.

I've been wearing B.E. foundation since they first appeared on QVC; therefore, when they do the demo of how to apply it, I don't need to watch.  Why waste your time complaining; just turn the channel and come back when you see a new product presented.
