Hospital gift shops

My DH has to go once a month to the hospital to have an outpatient procedure done. So I find myself visiting the gift shop on a monthly basis. I have found the most wonderful gifts for friends and for myself. They have items that are not found in your typical gift store. I also love Cracker Barrel's gift store. Do you have a favorite gift shop that you go to for that special gift?
