It's cold here. In the upper 20's. First snow too. Very fine flakes. Might be around an inch or so. Still snowing. Last night I heard thunder. The snow had arrived. We always seem to get a thunder storm when ever it snows. Our school is delayed.

We need to restock the patio igloo for the animals tonight, new straw and the heated mats and water bowls for the critters. Last year a possum took up residence in the igloo, he loved apples and hard boiled eggs! But right now they are eating cat kibble and carrots, we will hit the store tomorrow.

So glad we have both of the stray cats in the house, got them in around Halloween, they are both doing pretty good and are adapting well.

Heck it was 22° this morning at my house outside of Albuquerque and we had 2" of snow Wednesday night, now all gone.

Was not prepared for this so updates the delivery addresses for my online purchases, our 'driveway' is dangerous so I do not expect home delivery of anything, we ship it to my husband's office.

@catter70 Petunia is the best girl. Can you believe she is almost 6 and 1/2?

She is 9 lbs. of energetic, funny and smart. Too smart. lol Some days she out smarts both DD and myself.

We took her in 4 months after my husband died. He would have loved her, he would have had a great napping buddy.

It was 9° on the coast of Massachusetts this am. I put off getting dressed til 10. My ginger kitty is snuggled in hubby's swearshirt. He is an inside only cat. 27° now. Lots of birdies at the feeder.
