Does anyone know when the holiday return policy starts. Since I no longer watch QVC live and only shop online, I don’t know if they’ve mentioned it or not. Thanks!

Shop with confidence!  Any holiday gift purchased September 22 through December 24, 2023, can be returned for any reason for a refund of the purchase price, minus the S&H and Q Return Label fee until 1/31/24 or exchanged for a free replacement of the same item in a different color or size. Restrictions may apply.

• Any holiday gift you purchased from our Countdown to Christmas® Sale, Christmas in July® Sale Preview or Christmas in July® Sale can be returned for any reason for a refund of the purchase price, minus the S&H and Q Return Label fee until 1/31/24 or exchanged for a free replacement of the same item in a different color or size. • Blowout Clearance Price Items: QVC’s Holiday Return Policy does not apply to Blowout Clearance Price items. QVC will only accept returns or exchanges on Blowout Clearance Price items for product defects or QVC errors. Call Customer Service at 888-345-5788 for such returns.

How do you know if something is a blowout clearance item? Will it state “blowout clearance” or is it anything that says “clearance?”
