Re: 👉🏿 Holiday Scams 👈🏿

Oh dear! I just bought and mailed two B&N gift cards ($50 each) for my neices. One on the way to Tampa; the other on the way to Minneapolis. Unfortunately, I bought them at the Walg. Drug, rather than the B&N. How I hope they haven't been tampered. Had no idea this could be done. Rather naive or just lliving under a rock? Thanks for the heads up!

My sister bought her BIL an Amazon gift card at the grocery store a couple of years ago.  When he wanted to use it they said it was invalid or had already been used.  I don't know what it said exactly, but he wasn't able to use it.  I'll bet this is what happened.  Amazon ships their gift cards instantly anyway.  I ordered one on Monday and it was delivered on Tuesday.

I was also surprised by the "gift cards."

I gather this is why the local satillite P.O. keeps the gift card rack right at the counter in the corner.  Easier for the "postal clerks" to see who is picking through them.
