Speaking of mail delivery, I've always complained about Mail Innovations.  I haven't had any deliveries from them in ages, but I had a package scheduled for delivery by them on July 4th and it arrived today two days early by someone in a small red car and he even rang the door bell.  Neither UPS nor the post office does that. Maybe they have improved.

USPS will not deliver mail from Friday, July 3 through Sunday, July 5, 2026, with normal service resuming Monday, July 6.

@I am still oxox

USPS mail is being delivered on July 3rd.

I believe that it's a federal law that PO delivery cannot be suspended for holidays for more than 3 days in a row.

@Desertdi  The USPS is indeed delivering mail on Friday, July 3, as normal.  It's Saturday, the holiday, that will not see mail delivery, and no mail as usual on Sunday.

When I'm not sure about a holiday, in terms of mail delivery, I google 'USPS Holidays (year)' and it gives the list of days.

This time, as mentioned by others it's only Saturday - at least according to what I got on the USPS site, unless something changed.  Smiley Happy

There is NO USPS home delivery in my neighborhood at all.  Never  Ever -- unless it's Special Delivery.   Gotta go get it...

This is heat-related.

Thank you!    I don't leave the house after 10 am until dusk.  (I'm in Phoenix).     di

On the subject of mail, just to add the price of stamps goes up on the 12th to 82 cents for a first class stamp.
