That's right. I'd love to skip the month of December. Christmas triggers my PTSD. If you went through what I did, you'd likely feel the same.

Although I don't watch many commercials, I usually enjoy the Macy's and Amazon Christmas commercials.

I watched the movie about that -Silent Night (2002) and always remember it.

If ever there could be peace on earth-a heartshaking, incredible moment. It makes us think that the hearts and goodness of our fellow human beings can be together even if for just "one brief shining moment."

Because in our hearts we all wish for "peace amoungst men." (and women of course!

Frankly, there are some commercials that I can't even figure out WHAT they are  selling...

One, in particular, stands out in my memory.    It was for an "anti-slip" device to use in the shower. 

It looked like a dog leash that you fasten around your neck...and then connect the other end to the pipe leading to the shower head.   

It looked like you could hang yourself with that contraption....
