Helping grandkids with school

Our only grandchild is in private Christian school, and we think she has learned so much-not only in academics but also spiritually. WE have tried to help with the tuition and will again this year as my son has been without work a long time. Of course, it's very expensive. I wish there was something we can do on our taxes that would allow us to deduct at least some of the money. Anyway, it IS our choice to do this, and I can think of no better way to spend the money! How many of you are doing the same thing?
