Help with Gastritis

Had my first bout with gastritis 4 days ago. Ended up at an urgent care. Had pains around the heart area which was frightening. Had an EKG which was OK. Have been on Prilosec now for the 4th day. Still alot of bloating, burping and gas (sorry ladies). Had bronchitis about 3 weeks ago and was given a ZPak for 5 days. Does anyone have this or has had it? And how long does it take to clear up? Could the anti biotics caused the inflammation? I know I did not eat any bad food. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}
