Help with Firefox glitch (have Mac Pro laptop)

Didn't know where to ask this, but here goes: For the past two weeks I haven't been able to complete an order or see my order history because I can't get past the sign-in page; I get "system error" instead.

I've called Customer Service a number of times with no answers, but today I reached the Corporate Office and a manager suggested trying Safari, which I did and I can get through. I always use Firefox, though, and prefer it. Also, I've done as many Firefox updates as possible, although the one for 3.6.23 and that never seems to finish, so I wonder if that's the problem.

Does anyone else have this glitch and if so, or if not, any suggestions? Thanks. It's been really frustrating. I can navigate the rest of the site, by the way (putting items in cart, going to credit card account, for instance).......
