@Laura14   @sunshine45    Well, I'll be darn.......my lock and lock shipped today from Ontario, CA.  I have never had a piece of lock and lock come from Ontario, always came from the East Coast, and first stop always showed Middletown, PA.  Now if it just moves......EDD is now 6/18.   12 days to ship.  At least I'll be getting it.

I had the same problem with two orders and called, got the same answer as you.  Why take orders if they can't get them out?

As far as a hose, I just ordered the Pocket hose. Have three of them and they are great. Better than any hose the Q can offer.IMO.  Go online and look at the Pocket Hoses and sizes and reviews.

@qvcaddition I finally called and cancelled the order after being assured again that CS still had no idea of when the hose might ship. The very next day my account showed that it had just shipped. I had already ordered from another vendor and it came the next day. So now I will just need to return the one from here.
