Help, finding an item.

Last summer I remember the Q selling a type of headband for outdoor work. They had some beads in them and you soak them in water and tie around your head or neck to keep you cool while working outdoors. This year I have not seem them nor can I find them. I can't remember what they were called. If anyone has the item number or remember the name please help. Thanks in advance.
