BiBi has yet again managed to pop her stitches. She got them out today and no sooner than we got her out of her carrier we looked at her and noticed a gaping hole. So back again to the vets to be resutured yet again.... this is her 3rd time! She had to be sedated and is now coming out of her sedation and I noticed that there was some blood where the suture is. The suture is still in place thank God but I was wanting to get some tips on keeping her calm so that she won't pop these out as well. I have her laying on her bed on the side where there are no sutures and she is calm for now. Please give me some tips so I can get rid of the anxiety I am feeling that I will have to make another trip to the vets. The vet was kind enough to give me his personal cell phone number if anything comes up so I don't have to go to the Emergency vets. I just don't want to have to take him up on the offer of calling him so we can meet at the clinic to be sutured again.
