Help! I did something really dumb!

I received a package from QVC and decided I didn't want the item. I never opened the box-all I did was take the package to the post office and slapped the return label on it. How will they know it's from me? Does the label have my information on it so I will get the credit? I can just kick myself for not making sure that my information was inside the box. I didn't even fill out the form that says why I was returning the item.
