That video was very good, but his is right on his bottom lip...almost touching his lip! Dh is working on him with the comb now....we'll see....

PS, I can't get near him with it! Guess he knows I'm not the alpha....

That poor baby!!!!

DH is sitting by him on the sofa and every once in a while pulls on the burr a little. IT is coming off bits at a time. Then he stops and then goes after it a little more . I think it is just going to take patience now.

I wasn't here when it first happened, dh said the whole side of his face was full of them!!(Those are gone now)

He looks a lot like this right now because he is between groomings. You can imagine what burrs in that fur would be like!! Especially in his beard!!

Soon as dh comes in we are going to try the comb....

I know you love his 'look' this way, but if you keep his muzzle "puppy cut" or shorter, it won't attract the burrs so much. It's not like you'd be trimming his great personality -just his fur. 8)

Awww thanks feline. But this is the first time this has ever happened. DH had trimmed some overgrowth or something and dd had him on a leash and didn't realize what it was and let him stick his face in there! First time this has ever happened.

Did you get them all out Scottie? Those sweet little babies seem to have radar for getting into things like that. I hope he, and you, are on the way to recovery. When our babies hurt...so do we.

Thanks cody, he just has a little tiny bit left. I'm hoping dh can get it out tomorrow. He has to work on him in short spans of time because of where it is it upsests the dog. At this point I think it may be bothering me more than him!
