Hello friends Some ideas needed on maybe debit card for caregivers to Mom

Okay I'm the first to admit I really know little about debit cards. But here is situation that I wonder how something like a debit card could help. I have caregivers for my Mom who may need to make purchases for my Mom and wonder about a debit card I could load (okay I don't even know how to go about the loading either) with money. Then as they sent me receipts I could reload card. Thought this would limit blank checks on Mom or a credit card in her name being used.

Looking for best way to help with Mom's needs (she can no longer handle finances herself). And for right now I live in another state, so looking for suggestions...thanks!
