Heaven Help Haiti

I saw a Frontline episode recently about the horrible conditions in Haiti a year after the quake. Lawlessness running rampant. All the prisons emptied out when the quake levelled them and no one was able to keep them contained. Now Baby Doc makes his "triumphant" return. This could get really ugly. Over 50% of the population was born after he went into exile and has no idea of the atrocities he committed.
