Haven't heard her name in ages. Hope she is able to take this arrest as a wake up call.

She's made several trips to rehab....that's what stars do when they get busted, to look good for the judge.

Gosh, that beautiful young girl looks really awful.

Within the past few years she was on a tv show produced by Tyler Perry. She looked like she had some work done. Nothing new for an actress. I haven't heard anything about her or seen her since. I do hope she gets some help and find her situation sad.

I see nothing wrong with posting her picture. Striped of makeup and the glamour, the "stars" and "models" don't look much better than we "normal" folk.

Hello All! First off, I never knew any of this about Heather Locklear, I must be living under a rock! WOW! Alcohol, drugs, beating up boyfriends & police officers! Where have I been? The mug shot looked awful, funny how glam they look when they step out to go 'do' lunch, but hey she & I'm sure many others look just as bad without their glam squad. I knew she was married to rocker Tommy Lee many yrs ago for about 7 yrs I think, maybe he got her started on drugs? Just a thought, I don't know really. I am totally surprised, always thought she was squeaky clean! I too saw her on the Tyler Perry series, as usual can't remember the name of it, her face looked swollen, knew she had some work done, other than that, I had no idea.

@Katcat1wrote:It's a real shame that she cannot kick this alcoholism. I would hate to see a close up on her now (facial skin). She probably looks twice her age. With her money you would think she would have checked herself in rehab for 6 months to get clean. I hope she can turn her life around.
???? An alcoholic cannot "kick" alcoholism. It's (biologically) with them forever. They can get clean and sober, but they are still alcoholcs. Just "wanting to get sober" isn't enough, and many people struggle with this disease.
