@gellen  ... we had the same problem last winter.   We initially thought it was the thermostat.   So we changed it but that did not correct the problem.  We ended up having to replace a few parts on the boiler.

I've never had that problem, but think of all the energy you'll save.  I turn my thermostat up to 60 most winter mornings and then I turn it off for the rest of the day.
