I'd be happy if the humidity would go away.

My living room carpeting needs to be cleaned and that's not happening until we get a dry, breezy day otherwise it will be damp forever and never dry.

I just got back from running errands, and I'm soaked. It is so hot already and it will only get worse. I usually love summer, but this year I'm over it. Raise your hand if you are anxious for fall. 🍁🍂🍁

I live in Las Vegas and I've been ready for fall since the end of May because I was dreading what was coming starting with June.   We're under an extreme heat warning for the next 3 days, the high today is 110.  At least the humidity has finally gone down to below 10% again.

Summer is my favorite season. Love the long days, blue skies and warm weather. Nebraska may be hot and kind of humid, but it is absolutely gorgeous, lush and green!

Some people may think I'm nuts, but I have always listed summer as my least favorite season.  The extreme heat and humidity we've had in the Chicago area this season only increases my dislike of the season.  As I've aged several of my medical conditions seem to feel worse in heat than in cold. I should probably live in a place like Finland or Alaska because the extreme cold and dark of the winters there wouldn't be a turn off for me.

I hate this heat and humidity; it's kicking my asthma into full gear. Can't remember when I've had this much problem with it. Come on cooler temps!!!!!

Oh my goodness me too.  I was only diagnosed last year - until this unrelenting humidity I never knew asthma got this bad.

This heat and hunidity keeps me inside as much as the winter ice and snow....

I can't wait for fall and cooler temps so I can sit outside and open my doors and windows..

Supposedly it’s going to rain next week (70%chance Mon and Tues) and cool down to the high 90’s. I hope that is true.

Darn it, I just looked at the 10 day and it doesn’t get into the 90’s until Tuesday and the chance of rain went from 70% down to 50% and only on Tuesday. Bummer

@Nataliesgramma

I totally agree!  If I am stuck in a house that is closed up for weeks and weeks at a time with AC, it might as well be winter.  Although I do enjoy NOT wearing snow boots and a heavy coat.

If you think humidity and heat are hard on your asthma - be grateful you don't live where there is red tide.I've used my inhaler more in the past weeks than all my life put together. We live only 1 1/2 miles from the Gulf of Mexico and the red tide spores are everywhere.I try as much as I can to stay in the AC, when I must go out DH starts the car in the garage and gets the AC going for me so I make a quick dash from air conditioned house to air conditioned car, trying to hold my breath.
