You click on the heart again to remove it. And you can click it again to put it back.

For those that don't know, when a heart is removed the poster the heart was originally given to also 'knows' that it was removed.

Are you telling me this computer program that can't even keep poster's names in order,  is sophisticated enough to send a notification when a heart is un-tapped ?

I use my iPad when posting here.  and I cannot tell you how many times I touch the screen in the wrong place and/or have trouble as this site always "jumps" around on me.

If anyone sees that I have un-hearted them, please know that I mean no offense.  I just have trouble going bing the proper part of the screen sometimes when scrolling and reading.......🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

@Susan Louise, wouldn't that happen only if the poster had seen the heart earlier and then later saw that it disappeared?

If it takes a Poster 10 minutes to check notifications and the heart was removed 5 minutes before, how would the Poster know?

I think the Poster would have had to check notifications, then check again later and see that one was removed.

There's no formal notification that a heart was removed.
