....it was on our local news today. Salmonella is spreading, and it comes from ( dramatic drum roll)....

.....kissing and cuddling chickens!

 

I will do the utmost to exercise restraint should I see one......

You can also get it by allowing your dog lick your face after eating those Chinese-made chews, rawhide, hooves, pig ears, etc.   You should carefully wash your hands after handling any reptile including turtles because they carry the bacteria.

I certainly hope that nobody is still buying any dog treats made in China.  Or anywhere outside the USA for that matter.

My 14 year old niece has a bunch of chickens.  I'll have to ask her if she cuddles them.

There have been threads where dog owners said their dog's mouth was cleaner than a human's and they let them eat off the plates that the family uses.
