I bet it was not your imagination.  Just like my dad calling me the same term of endearment he's always used.  Such a cruel disease but at least we're given tiny glimmers of hope on rare occasions.

This made me tear up as that is what my Dad called me too even with Dementia, so I know the happiness felt in that one little word!
