Hawthorne TV Show -- Do You Watch?

If you watch this show, do you think it is becoming a really bad show? I loved it when it first started, but this season it has totally turned into a nighttime soap opera. I just don't understand why shows start out great and then someone decides to change the original premise and RUIN the show. Geez.
