Having trouble understanding placing orders

so many foreign order reps now days having trouble understanding what they're saying. Never ran into that before on the QVC site, most other sites, LOL, but, not QVC site.

I've noticed a difference too.  On a couple of occasions, I've had to call customer service and it's pretty obvious there are changes...not as easy as it use to be.

@SharkE You are alot more patient than I am as I never speak to a person and always use automated ordering.  If there's a problem w/that I guess I just wasn't meant to get the item.

It 's crazy to me how this seems to be everywhere now.    I had a cable issue and the person I spoke to was in Mexico.  How can someone in Mexico help me with my cable issue in RI??  Uuugghh!!!    Worse thing was all he wanted to talk about was me taking a vacation in Mexico as he asked me if I've ever been and I said no.  I was like maybe I'll visit someday if you can resolve my problem, LOL........Jeez!    Getting paid for small talk!

I just was so aggravated, the cable companies s**k.

@LindaSal  We just had our cable bill cut in half. I think many people are canceling so they're being very generous. When before they would never do anything like this and just tell you go ahead and cancel. At least our cable company.

Me too. I order online where I can watch videos, get actual measurements and read reviews.

 

If the online is wonky I use the automated.

 

For any CS question or order problems, I email the Social Team.

 

I haven't spoken to anyone at QVC in many, many years.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Wasn't that long ago everybody was griping about online ordering

Nothing is perfect. I want to talk to a real person , not sit and wait thru a ton of options and have to rememeber the # choices.

 

Seems like I get the same foreign person every time I call in.

 

(I wouldn't be visiting Mexico right now, just a heads up . I'm in Tx. not near the border, but, just a heads up)

 

Thank God we got our vacations all in back yrs ago when it was safe.

@SharkE  We have no problem traveling now except for being afraid of running into some of the total nuts that are flying these days. All the fights in the airports and on the planes. Crazy!

More power to you.   Things have changed to much for me to enjoy myself. First off husband is dead, 2nd , people are slobs. somebody changed their babies poopy diaper right next to me guess she didn't know planes had bathrooms. My husband almost passed out.

 

 

People , because of the covid restrictions are all on short leash nowdays, tempers are red hot, etc.  Just glad I got my memories nobody my age are even going out to eat any more. They have all let themselves go, big and fat, got this and that wrong with them, leg problems, feet problems, etc.

Northstyle had the prettiest burgundy sweater, so, I go to dot com place

 

"maintenance problems try later or call **********    "    Ok, I call, Asian person answered she started rattling on I go "what"? she rattled on some more I just hung up.

 

Figured she would get somebody else and I could get a English speaking person if I kept trying after all she would get busy .   I called back 3 times she always answered each time !!    I gave up and said will try in morning for the dot com site.   Nope, still down.   I threw catalog in trash.

 

forget it !
