Have you ever washed a piece OR pieces of clothing to get it looking fresh and wrinkle free looking even though it wasnt dirty? lol. I do this at times (especially when I get our seasonal clothing out because I store it in bags). It always works. Well tonight it backfired.
I washed DHs nice dress pants and shirt (for a funeral). He said why are you washing this stuff its clean? I said you havent worn it since? and your pants were on a regular hanger and I dont like wrinkled clothing (on anybody) and you will have a pants line and I dont iron.
SO I threw the pieces in the washer/dryer (with other wash) and got them out immediately. The pants were fine, but the shirt came out wrinkled.lol. I should have let it go. I had to iron the shirt anyway. (I hate ironing and am not great at it so I went over the shirt 10X till I got it looking good). Everytime I turned the shirt it had a crease. I turned it ironed, turned it ironed. I almost burned it
but its ok now.
Well what a dingbat
, I wasted time because Im OC about wrinkles.
