Have you ever reported bad commercial driving?

Today I was cut off by an armored car. It wasn't so close that I almost hit it and I just needed to brake a little to slow down but the driver definitely went through a red light. I had a green light and was about a third of the way through the intersection when the driver made a right without coming to a complete stop (or even slowing down all that much) at the cross street. I think a cop seeing it would've given a ticket.

Have you ever called one of those "how's my driving" phone numbers on a truck? I was annoyed at the time but after going through my day which was very pleasant I am defused. But I do have the phone and and license plate numbers. If we had collided my car would have fared far worse than an armored truck and I probably would be $crewed because it's a '98. KWIM? Thankfully I don't think I would have been injured because I wasn't going that fast, probably 25 mph due to braking, but I guess you never know.
