That's exactly what I do. Threw it away the past two years. Won't buy it this year. I'd love some eggnog ice cream.

Don't know for sure but I would imagine it would freeze up like a malt. Our local ice cream shop carries Egg Nog ice cream at the holidays and it's delicious. I've seen some other brands in the grocery store also. I plan on getting some egg nog this weekend and also the ice cream. I didn't care for it as a kid, but my mom loved it and it sort of grew on me. It's definitely good with a little splash of holiday cheer in it. I make egg nog french toast for breakfast and it's sinfully good, one of those Christmas time treats.

Yes, I buy it all season. Ice cold with a little nutmeg on top. I like Safeway's.

I like to put out a bowl of it with some scoops of vanilla ice cream. When the ice cream melts some stir it up THEN drink it! With the Maker's Mark. . .

Yes, I have Falana and I drink mine exactly like you drink yours. I put my milk and egg nog in the freezer and let it get nice and frozen. I take a spoon and shave down the sides. I don't let it freeze totally hard, just slushy. I can only drink a little egg nog at a time because it is so rich.

I have to have milk ice cold and I have been like that for a while. I also will only drink milk at home, never in a restaurant so I can be sure it is fresh. When I eat cereal my milk is slushy in that too.

I also get out my nutmeg and grate a little on top with my Microplane. I have to add more ground clove to it as well. Those are some of my favorite spices and I love to use almost too much clove.
